Museums Moving Forward: Digging into the Data on Workplace Culture

Please join Museums Moving Forward (MMF) to engage with the latest findings from their 2025 report Workplace Equity and Organizational Culture in US Art Museums. During this program, MMF will share their field-wide data insights with a special focus on the Mid-Atlantic region. Although the findings are specific to art museums, staff from all types of museums are encouraged to join!

We will spend most of our time together using the data as a jumping off point for discussion to help MMF ground the data in your on-the-ground experiences. MMF will also solicit feedback to inform future surveys and reports, so that they can best serve the needs of the field.
